The Total Care for the Homeless Coalition (TCHC) was founded in 1997 by bringing together housing and supportive service providers to create and maintain a "Continuum of Care" for homeless persons and families.

The Coalition has grown to include many member organizations from 6 counties. Coalition member organizations provide a wide range of housing and supportive services, including:

The Coalition works with state and local governments, as well as corporate and non-profit organizations that are supportive in helping individuals and families escape the state of homelessness.

TCHC is comprehensive and multi-dimensional in order to meet the needs of the homeless population.

Member Benefits

Become a part of the Coalition's Comprehensive Area Plans designated to fill existing gaps in housing and supportive services for the homeless.

Receive technical assistance in applying for funding of projects within the Coalition's seven County Area.

Receive assistance in identifying projects for funding.

Gain valuable information on providing an expanded range of services and housing from networking with other Member Organizations.
